Returns


  • What is your return policy?

    Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped, free-of-charge and no questions asked. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation.


    Exclusions: Engraved jewelry items, other than rings, may not be returned.  Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.

  • Can I return an item that was gifted to me?

    Yes, Zoes Jewelry Box will exchange it for merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. Place the gift in its original packaging with the receipt (if available) and follow the return instructions. Your refund will be credited to you in the form of a ZJB gift card.


Warranty


  • Do you offer a warranty?

    Yes, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft.

  • Do you offer a repair plan?

    We are excited to offer our clinets the oppertunity to purchase the 3-Year or Lifeitme JM Care Plan on your custom pieces allowing you to protect your new purchase.   JM Care Plan Terms and Conditions

  • Do you offer insurance?

    We recommend that you contact an independent insurer such as Jewelers Mutual or make arrangements with your homeowners' or renters' insurance carrier.


Shipping


  • How do I track my order?

    On the day of shipment we'll email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information. You'll be kept informed of the transportation process at every step.

  • Do you collect sales tax when shipping to my state?

    For U.S. orders, we currently collect sales tax for orders shipped to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington DC, Washington State, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

  • Will my packaging indicate whats inside?

    No, for standard orders within the U.S., we ship using secure, non-descript packaging material.
